Oddities with My new Bighorn

I recently scored this 94 Bighorn DT but am finding a hard time finding a specific manual for the vehicle, even from Isuzu & Japanese/Ausi parts/manual sellers. Most references are for the V6 Troopers or older versions of both SUW's.
The two questions I have right now are, what's with the dual (quad?) antennae? At first I thought they were replacements for the broken areal on the fender But I noticed today that the hardware brackets are wield mounted under original paint. Two-way radio maybe?
The other question I have concerns a knob and dial on my main consul, any ideas?

Thanks for any time in helping me out here.

I was thinking along those lines but with the US Postal Service, which imported a ton of these because of their right hand drive-ability. i might do a vehicle registrant history search, which will at least give me an idea of where it's been in North America anyway. Thanks for your incite.

The switch is for the rear window wiper. The knob is for idle speed adjustment.

I highly doubt the antenas are OEM, they’re probably mounted to the original rack mounts.

if the USPS imported “a ton”, where are they?

I checked it, the rear wiper is non-functional and the fluid reservoir is empty so that makes sense.

I thought the dial was a choke but I fiddled with it when the vehicle was on and it made no apparent difference, it does free-spin though so maybe it's broken, it looks pretty well used compared to the rest of the consul switches and dials.

I have been looking at Troopers and Bighorns (94-98) for about a year and a half now and, though they aren't plentiful, there's normally at least one driveable Bighorn on the market in my province along with 3-5 Troopers. I had three Bighorns to chose from within 100km before I bought this one, which parked itself right in front of my office window, for convenience sake. The sell within a week or two, unlike Troopers, which normally take months to change hands.

I don't know what the USPS did with the bulk of theirs (crushed?), or what the time-frame was for their usage. I was mostly relying on 'Kelly's Blue Book' and 'Edmund's' for information at the time I heard about that tidbit of info, real or not.

Thanks for the incite, I'll take a look at those issues.
