It's on the drivers side frame rail. You'll need a 12mm or 10mm I don't remember which. Take the hoses loose first. Then loosen the bolt that locks the filter in place. Just make sure the new filter is installed in the correct orientation. There should be a flow mark on it.
Make sure to take off the gas cap to depressurize the tank. I forgot to do this once when i was changing a filter, it was quite the mess. I havent forgotten since.
