I'd ask in the PUP group. They have a lot more C223s and many PUPs had power steering

 

It is worth a try. But from 1981-1987, there were (I think) three different power steering assemblies, with parts that did not cross over. I had two or three power steering pumps that I had pulled from diesel P'ups and Troopers. I sold one and it didn't fit the buyer's bracket. I sent him a second one, and it did.

So if you had pics of your pump, and could find pics of the brackets you need, that would help.

Les, I don't personally know him. But he floods the Isuzu P'up Facebook group with his parts. He does a good job cleaning them up to sell them.
He is a technical novice. He used voice -to-text and won't bother proofreading. He thinks he contacted you, but he's not even a member here. I think when he sent pics to me, he thought he was messaging you. I'll pm his info to you.

Hey guys. Now that I successfully had a pair of adjust rails fabricated for the power steering pump, the pump itself starts to give up. Steering is super hard after one day of very good performance. Now it just gave up. Age perhaps
So..... Im in search of a good used pump... one that has a pair of adjustment rails. I know there are other pumps for this truck but the double rail model seems to be distinct and is one of a kind.
Pleaae help
