Does anyone have a source for a front prop shaft cv rebuild kit for above Trooper? I have found one for an Hombre online but no Trooper.

Your front prop shaft has no CV joint, unlikely you would find a rebuild kit. It runs from the B-W 44 series transfer case behind the transmission, forward to the front differential. That is your front prop shaft.
If you mean a front half shaft, which has a CV joint, you can get a boot kit for cheap anywhere, almost. Clean out the CV joint with gasoline, re-pack, and re-boot.
