Ok, gonna start this out by saying that this build will be a L-O-N-G process. This truck has been neglected and will need a lot of TLC. Lou and I have already made lists upon lists of things to do to it, with #1 being to get it cleaned up and #2 being doing a compression test. Other mods will come soon after......stay tuned! :D

We got some lockable storage and a hi-lift jack installed on Saturday. Now I can actually carry stuff around without worrying about it walking off too easily.

Well my husband signed us up for a Big Creek ride this past Friday and Saturday. I was worried about how hard it was gonna be and guess what, it was even harder than I had feared, lol. I have say that even though Sanchez got some battle damage to her, she did really good out there. Even with the damage, Sanchez is still prettier than his K5 Blazer, lol.

Looks like fun...those trails are tight out at Big Creek!

That's gotta stink wrinkling an Amigo fender. As I understand it, they are only available OEM (or used). Think there is a guy in Ca parting an Amigo. Dennis

My wife hasn't posted here in a while, but after she wheeled Sanchez a few times, she decided she didn't want to wheel anymore, guess it wasn't her thing. We tried to sell the truck with everything on it since March but had no serious interest except for people wanting to trade junk or vultures wanting to buy the bumper off of it. Long story short, over my Christmas vacation I took all the cool stuff off and we are selling the bare bone Amigo on facebook marketplace (https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/it ... 730842180/). The bumper and winch went to a good home already. Here are some depressing pics of what it looks like stripped down and on wheels and tires that make it look like it skipped leg day. The truck still runs and drives fine, just looks like hell. If we don't end up selling it this way, probably gonna pull the engine next time I take vacation to sell it separate and then scrap the rest.
