Here is a PSA about checking your safety chains on your trailer. This couple hung over this gorge for over an hour before being rescued.

Well, in the article it says that a truck driver pulled over and attached bigger chains as well. Still though, I think you're right.

A smart thing to do since it was still possible for the original safety chains to break. They were very lucky, to say the least. :shock:

Man. The salvage yard isn't going to be able to sell the interior of that pickup.
