Can you reuse the bolts or should get new ones?
Thank you,

If the bolt threads are in good shape, clean 'em up and re-use them. Also check the hex socket heads and make sure they're not stripped.

A very important thing to do is chase out the head bolt threads in the block. Rust and crud build up in the threads and then the head bolts bind, giving you false torque readings.

Chase out the bolt holes with a 12mm x 1.50 thread pitch bottoming tap. Blow the holes out with carb cleaner/compressed air/etc.

Make sure the block surface is scrupulously clean; a razor-style paint scraper works well for this. Degrease head and block before assembling.

Use no type of sealing compound on the head gasket. Lightly oil the head bolt threads, and the washers where they'll contact the Allen Sockets.

If you want a very smooth and accurate torque-down on the bolts, use some ARP Ultra Torque Fastener Assembly Lube:
