okay, since i just bought a house and cannot justify a bullbar, does anyone either have or know a good spot for a BLACK (not grey) front bumper cover?

Nothing you find will be cheap. Nor will it be cheap to ship something that large.

Your best bet is to bite the bullet and either have a custom bumper made or but one from Joe D or Matt.
