I love these wheels, I have never seen them before. Over seas?
Beyond that, I have never seen the black shopping cart guard on the fenders/bumpers or the black accents around the headlights. JDM?
It also appears to be a diesel. I want that hood.

They came on 2001-02 Troopers. I like them as well. The Anniversary Ed came with a white painted version. On car-parts they are 12 spoke flat.

Pretty sure all the new Troopers have +38. Maybe Rodeo/Amigos as well. All the threads I've seen talking about Trooper wheels seem to be +38.

As far as I know all the 92+ troopers have an offset of +38mm (1.5")

Lowzone sells a lot of oem stuff so you may want to shoot him a pm. They def don't stick out at all. My wheels are tucked up under the flares on my truck. Here's how what I believe to be they sit on a Trooper:

Looks like a bighorn to me, with the hood, grill, and RHD. odd how it says trooper on the side though.
