i want to run 33x12.50x15's on my 94 trooper, what back spacing do i need to run with a 15x8 wheel? my plans are a t/b crank with coil spacers for the rear and a body lift, will the 33's fit no problem? thanks guys.
If you do a 3" body lift it basically won't matter what offset wheels you buy. Without the body lift the rear tires will fit but the fronts would rub. Where they would rub depends on the offset of the wheels.
I'd run wide offset wheels given the choice. The truck will be more stable.
Im also wanting to do exactly this I want to get soem black steel rack crawlers in a 15" and mount them to my 92 trooper (same Truck Design)
If i rub a bit while doing some flexing i dont carebut i want my street driving to be rub free.. Im planning the torshion and cloil spacesr also.. If i can run 33's on 15" rims on my trooper i will be very happy.. any one know this awnswer?
ebach i ened up getting some 16" snow flakes they look good on the truck with the offset. def a ton better then the stockers i had. see my post on it tad posted some pics of his with the offset differences. http://forum.planetisuzoo.com/viewtopic.php?t=9193
