Since the dawn of time (well...since I've owned my Trooper at least) the radio has been held in place by a series of zip-ties. Yes...that's right...zip-ties. It has had the bezel and such, but I have never had this piece:

I'd like to mount a CB radio under there, but It would be foolish to try to attempt mounting it to something that is just held in place so poorly.

What I'm looking for is that metal piece. Hopefully they are not rare or expensive (as I really can't justify to my wife anything but a small purchase this close to Christmas {especially since it's for a CB radio})

So...anybody have one they want to let go for cheap? PM me.

if i can find one at the bone yard you can have it for shipping. can't be very heavy or bulky so it shouldn't be expensive to ship, although i'm 2000 miles away :shock:
