Looking for this piece coming off the throttle body. Note the 'W' code V6 is different than some of the other V6s in the lineup in '93 and soon there after.

I don't want to sound negative here. There is a very good chance you are not going to find what you are looking for on this forum. The few people who have 2nd gen RS trucks will not part with their spares. You're going to have to modify a regular intake tube from a normal v6 truck, or scour junkyards. You might get lucky on the isuzu facebook page if you contact the junkyards overseas. Unfortunately the rarity of your specific model is ultimately the downside of the truck, no spares exist anymore. Same goes for most troopers in general, and the isuzu community is for the most part a bunch of gatekeepers. Everyone will offer to buy your truck, but only a few people on here will actually offer anything beneficial to help you get it back on the road. Good luck searching for your stuff.
This shouldn't be an RS-specific part. Any early DOHC "W" engine should have the same style of air intake tube, whether it's in a 2-door or 4-door Trooper.
BTW, maybe you could build something out of some Cold Air Intake tubes and parts. All you would need is a couple of angled elbows and a straight piece. Or maybe less if you can salvage some of the existing setup.
I got various parts for the intake I built for my '67 Mustang (with a 5.0L HO EFI swap, so it's a tad Custom) from eBay and Amazon, they have a pretty good selection of parts.
