This is about 50 miles South of Moab, so scenery and terrain are very similar, but it's an extremely small town, with MUCH LESS CONGESTION.

FYI -Many are familiar with Elephant Hill (3.0) trail -it's in the Northern most section of this area.

I may or may not be going. I went to Moab with them last year. Lots of people stay the first part of the week. Some stay all week. Others arrive midway and stay the later part of the week.

I will say, there was always a Moab west coast isuzu trip for these folks. Twenty years + iirc
It just hasn’t always been listed on the planet.
I felt like this was a huge communications hole missing a group of folks that surely could link up and go.
Especially all the non-Fb folks we have now on the planet.

Glad I got a chance to go with y’all last year.
If I can swing it, I’d definitely do it again.

Hey thanks for putting this out there on the Planet. I have been going for a couple of years now, first time I took the SpaceCab, then a few years later we were in the area of Moab and I took my 91 Trooper, last year we were right in Moab and I took the 2000 I have been putting together and had a blast! Really good people and fun to be had and challenges to overcome.
Unfortunately this year I am going to be cruising the Atlantic on my way to England so I won't be there. But I will be there in 2024. Right after Moab or Blanding in 2024 I am planning a trip in the Trooper to Alaska. That one will be interesting!
But if you have an opportunity to go this spring by all means do so, stay a week or a couple of days. You won't regret it.

So I had a change of plans and I will be going to Blanding this year. Looking forward to seeing everyone again this year!
