In my 2000 Isuzu Rodeo, everytime I use my left turn signal while my lights are off, my whole dash pannel blinks along with the blinker. When the exterior headlights are on the left blinker stays solid and will not blink. I have replaced all the bulbs and cannot think of any other problems. Any sugustions would be a great help.

I have the exact same problem on a 2001 rodeo. I replaced the turn signal relay under the dash but that did not solve the problem.

I fiddle with two relays inside the fuse box. They are black and are located on the top left and bottom left and are black. I noticed that when disconnecting the top left the blinker works with the lights on. I am going to try to see if I can test those two relays to see if that solves the problem.
