transmission went out

I was told that it was the pressure plate but when my mechanic tore the trans apart there was a mess of parts everywhere. The carrier bearing froze up and snapped my input shaft. $500 for a piece metal what a crapper.

Not post related but were are you from? My mother was a Nunley fron Tracy City, Tn. So I'm kin to most Nunleys on the Mt. 8)
