i have heard that you can adjust the torsion bar to add some extra hight to the front end of the vehicle is this true if so how do you do it. Cheers.

cheers. one more thing can anyone tell me the best way to raise the rear leaf springs.

From what I am seeing on the posts best way is shackle lift and add a leafs.
