I'm somewhat of a Luddite and as such have never liked the TOD in my 01 Trooper. So, I'm looking to swap my TOD transfer case for an earlier all gear drive, manual unit like my 96 had. Input from anybody who has any factual info or experience on the subject would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What about doing the 4hi mod? Probably be much easier and cheaper to do that.
