Hi everyone,

Wanted to share the condition my throttle body is in on a '90 trooper with 160k miles. I pulled the throttle body to retap the TSP bolt receiver. Here are some photos of the condition it's in. I'm planning a full rebuild by replacing all gaskets and o-rings.

I went ahead and rebuilt the TBI since I was pulling it anyway. Overall it was pretty straight forward. I reinstalled it after the rebuild and the trooper fired right up, no hesitation at all. I know they make variable pressure regulators for the fuel, I am considering adding one of those at some point. The one I found is sold by CFM technologies. Here are some pictures from the rebuild.
