Hey guys. I was just driving back from lunch, looked over at the gauges and the temperature gauge was pegged on hot. :shock: Pulled over, thinking the worst, and popped the hood. Not hot at all. I could lay my hand on top of the radiator cap with no problem. Started it back up and the temp gauge dropped back down to normal.

Do you think I had some sort of an air bubble? Stuck thermostat? Gremlins?

That's what would happen if your wire went to gound. I'd say you need to look at the wiring related to the temp sender.
