can anyone else like twist the stering wheelquite a bit like on the top half?
i know it has like two holes near the top, but should it twist like that? is it supposed to have screws or something in it?
just wondering,

By twisting on the top half do you mean you can twist the leather or rubber grip on the top part of your steering wheel?

it's just the rubber steering wheel
i dont have leather
does the leather have the two holes in the back too?
guessing from what steve said this is just a normal thing...???

Mine too there must have been a bad batch of steering wheels (or bad glue)
