I just finished changing the spark plugs in my 91 trooper.
For whatever reason, I gapped them at .046 instead of .045
like the owners manual calls for. Should I pull all of the plugs and regap them, or will it be ok at the larger gap?

Which engine? I've been using NGK for a 2.6L at .040 gap.

.001 will not make any difference.

That is probably well within the range of error you'd get gapping plugs anyway. It should not be a problem.
