I want to put on a safari rack on a 98 trooper. there are no rain gutters or rails though. anyone here have experiance installing one on a 98 trooper

A cheaper alternative than buying one, is making your own, I made my own out of conduit, welded on mounts, removable, and light weight.

Here is some pictures, Limb raisers work great for trail stuff.
