My '99 Rodeo came with a 2" receiver hitch made by a company in Lodi CA. I cannot tell if it's a class 3 or class 2 by any labeling on the hitch. Here's what I know, it has a gross limit of 3500 lbs. with an un-braked trailer and 4500 lbs. with a "load distributing" braked trailer. What can you guys tell me from that? Botton line is I want to rent a car hauler from U-haul and they require a class 3 hitch only. Thanks!

Then drive down to u-haul and ask them what you have. I have pulled a full car trailer with my 67 convertable Mustang before and I also pulled my Father in laws 94 exploder on a full car trailer.
The 3.2 did pretty good and the auto tranny did just as good. The fluid change I did recently proved that. Fluid was nice and clean after 25,000 miles.
