Do you know if your TOD system is the same as a 98-99 Trooper TOD system?
Does 4WD Low range work properly?

i am not sure - if it part of the GW69 series then yes.
4x4 Engages - both low and High ... TOD system just flashes... traction control display [green bits] front wheels move back and forth showing % power transferred ... the TOD check light flashed - i am not sure if that is as it should be.
i fitted free wheel hubs to help with fault finding. with the front diff locked all works as it should ... TOD check light flashes.
When disengaging and unlocking the front hubs the transfer case still turns the front prop... [it thinks it is still in 4x4 i think] and check light flashes.

i suspect there is a return signal not functioning as it should.
ABS wheel speed sensors all work as they should.

 

Hi, if you ever had a leak oil leak or diesel leak around the front axle where fluid dropped on the front sensors for the TOD, unplug both of them clean them with break cleaner and use compressed air to dry them out. I had this issue twice (oil pressure sensor and diesel pump leaking). It worked for me.

 

Does your BigHorn have an OBDII 16 Pin Data Link Connector (DLC) installed?
