Rear driveline is clinking/clunking when moving from a stop. Seems to be more persistent when on an incline, torquing the axle more. U-joints seem to be in good tight condition, driveline seems to be in good condition too.

I will be unbolting and checking everything soon, but figured id see if anyone else has similar issue?

Well, went on our weekend camping trip and drove about 40 miles gravel and bumpy dirt roads and it seemed to fix itself, or at least stop the clinking. Prior to the trip, I lubed up the u-joint connecting it to the diff, which might have helped as it 'bumped' into repair?!
