Rear Bumber 1999 Rodeo with Hitch

I have been looking for a replacement bumper for '99 rodeo. It needs to have a class III reciever hitch built in. I tried mounting a regular rear hitch but it took away too much clearence and I had to remove it. Does anyone have a suggestion on where I can find a hitch? Or is it even possible to get a local shop to build me a custom bumper?
