Next week I'll be pulling the engine from a '90 4WD pickup (2.6L 4 cyl, F.I., 5 spd manual).

I think I have everything ready to go. The trans will be staying in the truck, so I've unbolted it from the motor. Do I need remove the clutch fork, or will it just stay in the tranny?
Also, how far forward do I need to bring the engine so it clears the pilot shaft?
I've disconnected all the "visual" stuff, is their anything that's hidden that I need to worry about?

BTW - this is an engine swap going into an '88 longbed, so I will be converting it to F.I. at the same time.

Thanks in advance
