I resontly bought an isuzu trooper the year of reg is 93 .. 3.1 turbo deisel it has done 140000 miles but is very clean however it has started to smoke when worm and only when in idle the power is fine and it drives like new but the smoke is more like steam with only a small amount off blue yes also i have smelt a little oil being burnt !!..it is useing a bit off warter it was surgested to me that the head gasket could be on the way out however it could also be a cracked celinder head..
I am hoping it is only the head gasket at fault can anyone help and if it is the celinder head dose anyone have one for sale possibly or anyone local ie uk point me in the write direction of where i can obtain one..
