I am in the middle of replacing a timing belt on my V6 3.2 litre petrol engine, but I don't know how to get the power steering pump off which prevents me from removing the belt covers, can anyone help.

There is a bolt on the very bottom of the PS pump that allows the pump to pivot (so that you can tighten/loosen the belt). You just have to undo that bolt, pull it out, and the pump will slide out of its cradle. The bolt is so low on the pump that you can't really see it by looking down on the pump. You have to locate it by feel with your fingers.
