No short, replacing the PCM will fix the problem;
If shorted, replacing the PCM won’t fix the problem.
That’s my understanding, right?
There are two separate +5 Vdc supplies, some sensors share one supply and a different set of sensors share the other supply. The issue to resolve is why only the IAT sensor is affected.

Why it won’t work ? Just providing 5v as input to sensor and output to PCM. Cut the original input wire ,connecting the 5v and keep the output wire!

If I replace the pcm, it is still not working, I need to rewire the IAT wire, in case of short!

Confirm that the sensor identified as the IAT is the one your actually measuring 12 Vdc across the two pins on the wiring harness connector.

Let me double check! If it’s .12v , what does it mean? But I remember first digit is 1 , it’s impossible to be .12.
12mV could mean a broken connection, far more likely than a short to bat +.

DTC P0112 is set when the PCM sees an excessively low input signal voltage which suggests the signal wire from the sensor to the PCM is shorted to ground. If you measure from ground to ground with a digital voltmeter it could read a few millivolts.
BTW the pull-up resistor is 10K ohms
