I have replaced the fuel filter and the FPR but I get almost no fuel pressure at the shrader valve. The trooper will not start. The only way it will start is if I drain some fuel from the line off the filter and then it starts right up. When turn it off it will not restart. The fuel pump works when I test it by pulling the line and it spits out a good amount of fuel when I turn the key. Any ideas on what might be causing this. Should I replace the fuel pump?

Do you think I could just replace the line or the whole assembly. If I go in there I may as well replace the pump at least.

Hard to say do your testing. Listen to the pump run. It should have a nice mellow humm !!!
If it sounds scratchy and rough then chances are its going out.

Changed out the pump and replaced some corroded connectors in the pump assembly and it runs fine. The issue was the electrical connection to the pump inside the tank. Thanks for the help.
