Hello everyone! I came across this site while researching my own 89 Isuzu Trooper. She needs all the help she can get. I just replaced the windshield. I also need a new exhaust, master cylinder and a fuel tank. Amazingly enough this thing only has 139,000 miles on it.

Any ideas on where one can obtain parts for this vehicle. I am having a heck of a time.

New parts 1-800-727-8066. Ask for Merlin. 10% off & free shipping. In the rare event of a shipping error, Merlin will make it right.

Exhaust - If you're just talking the muffler, cat, & connecting pipe, I'd just find a good muffler shop & tell them what you want. If you're talking a header, Calmini & Pacesetter offer one. IMO the Calmini is over priced. I think the Pacesetter would work just as well. In either case dont expect much more than bragging rights from a header. Could'nt detect a whole lot of "seat of the pants" improvement with mine.

Master cylinder - If it were me, I'd just get a kit & rebuild it.

Fuel tank - Hit the yards or go on-line.

I just dont know what else is wrong with it that I dont know about. I was about to go to the store for dog food this evening when all the lights came on. And I sit here thinking "What the??"
Finally get the hood open, theres a trick to that too. the alternator belt snapped. The exhaust, from what I can see, from the catalyic back. The muffler looks like swiss cheese. :p

Everything else is a gamble HAHA!
