What resulted was two W8 engines mated end to end and forcefed by a total of 4 turbochargers to produce exactly 1001hp DIN horsepower. The new 16-cylinder Veyron should reach a top speed of more than 400 km/h (248 mph) and accelerate from 0 to 300 km/h (0-186 mph) in under 14 seconds. That top speed incidentally is electronically limited because of the tires, which themselves are custom made for Bugatti and rated to 400 km/h. "

One Thousand and One HP with two V8 engines. Jesus. That's a tad more than my old 1964 VW Beetle with it's flat 4-cylinder motor (60HP?), and 6-volt DC system, with 'optional' seatbelts..........

That's a monster right there. Imagine what modding the engine could do on that beast? Just minor bolt ons could potentialy add hundreds of horses. But personly for dream car, I'd like a Black Nissan Skyline R34 putting over 1000HP to the ground.

That concept T reminds me of a much more stylish version of a F*!d buggy thing used in an old BFG tire ad - think I threw that mag out a while ago.
