The ecm would be important for the one getting the auto trany, but you're right I'm not sure if you could swap 94-95 ecm's. I'd say Jerry is your best bet of finding out though.
LOL, I got the idea from JBsTrooper (has anyone heard from him in awhile?). On the Troopers you have 12 to do, drill out the center of the pucks (3/8" should be fine). Loosen all your body mount hardware. Remove the hardware on one side of the vehicle (never remove both sides at the same time!). Jack that side of the body up (use wood blocks to make it easier). Install pucks and re-install hardware (longer if needed, more than likely the case). Lower that side and repeat on the other side. There may be some things that have to be taken care of like drive shaft guards or body ground straps, just be careful, take your time and keep an eye on things as you're jacking the body up. The easiest way to figure out what you're going to need to do is get under your truck and start looking around.
