$60 per pair, from Ebay. Bolt-on and they come with the inner lug nuts. The hardest part of the install is driving it for a day or so then removing and re-torquing the inner nuts. I bought the Toyota set as it has a bolt pattern that matches the Rodeo.
I've run 1.5" spacers on my Trooper(s) for 4 years now and I agree. Much better stance without changing wheels/tires/tire width.
I had bought a set for the amigo last year, from Keystone,'
they came in, appreantly they figured Chevy lugs were close, so i ended up with 19mm studs and nuts for that, but NO lugs for the amigo's lugs to the wheel spacer, pissed me off, sent them back, was going to cost WAY more then i wanted to spend on getting them to ship me new lugs,
Maybe i'll try ordering a set of Yota spacers.
One last question,
what year/model do Yota's have the same style lug nuts as our Zoo's?

I figure I can cut the bumper (diagonally across it's mount) and then use a plate with bolts to reattach it, should the need arise. I've found one mistake however: I need to enlarge the hole for the winch clutch lever. The warn lever is on the end of the gearbox and the HF one is next to the drum. I can push the lever with a tool but I'd like to be able to get my hand on it.
Nice tip, I'll add that to the list of things to do.
Currently (in no particular order):
1) connect winch
2) install air horns
3) install cb
4) wire antennas
5) paint wheels
6) replace fuel sender
7) install fog lights
8) re-install front wheel spacers
9) charge AC
10) connect turn signals in ARB bumper
11) grease drive-shaft
12) track down flapping noise front left (mud flap?)
13) make gap-fillers for front bumper
14) install pre-cut tint
15) do something for bass. subwoofer of some sort.
16) buy/install some rear speakers. one is blown
2) install air horns
3) install cb
8) re-install front wheel spacers
9) charge AC
10) connect turn signals in ARB bumper
(x) Installed radio scanner & antenna
Installed iPod input adapter
Half-done
4) wire antennas (one of two, need to find a spot for a CB antenna)
15) do something for bass. subwoofer of some sort. (bought a Kenwood under-seat SUB - it hasn't arrived but I've wired for it)
16) buy/install some rear speakers. one is blown (bought some Kicker speakers)
That leaves left to do:
1) connect winch
5) paint wheels
6) replace fuel sender
7) install fog lights
11) grease drive-shaft
12) track down flapping noise front left (mud flap?)
13) make gap-fillers for front bumper
14) install pre-cut tint
15) Install Speakers
16) finish painting frame
17) Balance front tires
I just installed that spoiler (at a cost of $24.83) you'll have to wait until I part this one out.
Total cost so far is $1991.01. That's not including a discount of $1,275 on the parts.
My wife has reported that it needs shocks too. She said it about bounced off the road. I'd like some Rancho 9000s (or another adjustable shock) but that might blow the budget. Those puppies are expensive!
