Very cool. I'm decently familiar with that area, been to Snellville and of course Bristol for NASCAR. You're not far from windrock if you're into that stuff... I'm also from the mountains of eastern Tennessee

Yeah, we are choking on high property taxes here in NJ. literally 3 weeks of property taxes here pays a WHOLE year in TN. NASCAR for the win!!! we have a few dirt tracks near by too. cant wait to get there and live FREE!!

Hahaha eastern Tennessee is a great place, sounds like you'll love it. I grew up watching local dirt track and NASCAR, it's obviously as big as people say it is. Man, we have a 600 acre dairy farm in the mountains of southeastern TN and I thought that property tax was expensive... can't imagine NJ. No emissions or safety testing in TN either, so if you can stick a VIN # to it then you can build it, tag it, and legally drive it on the road

clearing out for our move to Tennessee in July and scrapping some metal and parts (dont worry, no good Isuzu stuff) and i had a 5 speed from a 90 2.3 and a 5 speed from a 90 2.6 (my crewcab) that the gears are shot. 5th would pop out on the MUA and the main gear was toast on the MSG. so i pulled the front and rear housings off so if anyone needs one, let me know. BOTH ARE 2WD. MUA5 is hydraulic, and the MSG5 was cable.

I’ll check to see if I still have the shifter here. We’re moving to TN and I’m packing up all my parts, so it may have been moved but I do have one.

do you need the tower (mount) also? or just the shifter. i have both.

ive never seen this happen to a MSG before, only 90k miles on it too....think there was gear oil in the trans....

Just the shifter but if you're willing to let them both go I'll take them. I'd be interested in the yoke as well if you have one.
