I need a fuel efficient RV that can flat tow (or be towed by) a trooper. What do think about this option?

I saw a Trooper on cardomain where the back seat had been modified to fold down into a bed. Have you considered a pop-up camper? Once the aerodynamic brick pushes all the air out of the way you won't even notice that you are towing it behind you (except the weight).
