Just noticed a couple sets of OME 912s in the classifieds section. I've been pondering a set for at least a year, good deal, seems they have quite a few miles on them though.
Just curious for those who have run OME springs for a long time, if you've noticed any degradation in the spring rate with high mileage?
In other words, if I use a set of OME springs with 70k already on them, will I be able to but another 70k on them before they start to degrade?
I ask because with about 125k on my stock springs, they are definitely not as good as when I bought the Rodeo at 65k. I get a lot more spring sag with what little towing I do now, than then. Even with no load my rear ride height has dropped a little bit from spring sag.
