Well, I spend like an hour trying to figure this out.
I couldn't find much info online,
I removed some panels looking to get to the top nut of the shock, I removed the top panel in the back of the car, the rear seat belt panel, but I decided not to remove the side panels inside the trunk.
I noticed two bolts on the outside, easily accessible from the tire area. Are these the two bolts I need to remove the darn rear shock on the Jetta 2003?
If that's the case, I am putting a video on you tube, the info I found talked about removing panles.
I want to make sure this is the right way.
do I need any specials tools for the remaining part of the project?
Thanks,
