I have a 95 passport and put a 2" lift kit on it.
My cousin in law has some tires hes gonna sell me (cuz hes now going with 35's) and I would like to know if they will fit and if not what has to be done to make em fit.
They are 32x11.50x15

Please add the Axiom information to the chart:

235/75-17 - no lift, no trimming (31" tire); this is the largest tire that can fit without trimming;
Does anyone know if a 245/70 - 17 will work with, no rub, no trimming, no lift, no mod? (30.5" Tire, 9.8" tread width) on stock 2002 Axiom wheel.

Spec Chart Here:

Thanks

Well, if it's any constilation (consolation), I don't have a lift on my '91 Amigo and I'm running 33x12.50R15 mud terrains on my factory Snow flakes and just had to remove the rubber/plastic bumper side covers, cut along the straight edge under the marker light and cut that stuff in front of the tire and trim back the fender towards the cab. She doesn't rub, even when I'm climbing hills and off roading, unless I flex her all the way. (I cut the bump stops so now if I bottom her out she rubs) but if you leave the bump stops normal, you won't have any rub. I drive daily with them 33's on 'er.

So we could add that to the chart if anyone is interested.

Members Rides - '91 Amigo 4x4 5-speed

And you will see what I'm talking about. The rear panels were cut ONLY because there was just sooo much rust eating away at it. So I cut the rust off. xD

Anyone ever try a 255/70/17 on an Axiom? May have a decent lead on a great used set, just not sure they'll fit.

I doubt it will work without cutting. My guess is that it might work so-so on pavement, but it will heavily rub the wheel wells when the front tires articulate on the trails, especially in turns.

So before I pull the trigger I just want to make sure I have this right. I know offset makes a difference but, I want to do a 3" Independent 4x4 rear lift, crank the t-bars and use 265-75-16 on my factory 1999 Honda Passport wheels (16x7). Please give me some input. I've got no problem pounding the inner liner but, do not want to trim the fenders. I know I can probably us 265-70-16 but the tires are'nt as readily avaialble as the 75's.

The guy I purchased my 91 Trooper from threw in an extra set of wheels/tires that he said was from "another year Trooper" (he didn't know what year exactly). They're nice Goodyear Wrangler GS-As, one looks like it's never been driven on! The tire chart lists:

1st gen Troopers (and Trooper II's)
no lift- 33x10.50x15

Confirming that this means that 30 x 9.50 R15's will be no problem with no lift? i.e: this lists the MAX size that fit without a lift? Thanks in advance!

First, this chart is awesome and saved me a major headache. Second, how much of a difference will it make if I was using a 15" wheel on a 1st gen with no lift, as opposed to a 16" wheel? I wouldn't think it would be an issue really. The wheel back spacing is the same.

Just to clarify, I just ordered a set of 31x10.5R15. They should fit my 93 Rodeo 4x4 without a lift, right?
