So according to the chart my second gen rodeo can fit 265x75r16 tires with a 3"lift no rubbing. But if I go to a 275x75r16 there will be rubbing issues?

I'm not sure if this is helpful, but these are 15x7 +8 offset Toyota wheels with Cooper 32x11.5R15's
I test fit them from my Toyota Pickup. I love the stance. I decided I'm going to just go with 265/75R16'son the stock mesh wheels though.

I have some new Cooper ATX 33x12.5's on a 15x8 aftermarket wheel. No lift yet. Haven't even driven on them as of today but damn they look huge compared to my stock 15x7 on a 235 tire

Anyone have experience with an aftermarket 16"×8" wheel. Most wheel manufacturers say that they will not fit a 1999 rodeo. I'd like to put a set of Helo HE791 wheels with 265/70/16 tires & 2" lift. Seems like it should fit without problems.

I think its a great idea.
But the only thing missing is the size of the rims (16 or 17 by 7 or 8) and the offset (OS) vs backspace (BS) vs center line (CL).

A stock 245 70 16 on a 16x7 rim is ok. But a 265 70 16 may work better on a 16x7 rim with a 3.50 BS. Or a 285 70 16 may work on same size rim but 25mm OS and 3.50" BS.

There ar a lot of factors

I have the gen 2 trooper and I have a few questions.

Ok so what are the 913 coil springs mentioned?
What's the procedure and reasoning for tightening the torsion bar? Does the front end need realigned after this?

Thank you for your time

913 springs are a model from Old Man Emu, you would actually want the 2929 springs though since you have a 98+ trooper

To lift the front you just turn the 26mm nut clockwise. One on each side, underneath the front doors. 4 full turns is roughly 1" lift. You will need an alignment after, and you may want to do what's called a "balljoint flip" to get the camber adjustment better into spec (which needs to be done before the alignment). Basically you remove the upper ball joint and then remount it on the other side of the control arm, lots of threads on this.
