First, you must have the pic "hosted" on a site that allows access from bulletin boards/discussion forums. Many around here use www.montypics.com and www.netfirms.com

Once your pics are uploaded, you can then put the DIRECT link to the pic into the img tags...

[img]http://www.yourimagehost.com/useracct/picture005.jpg[/img]

That's all there is to it
