Just recently replaced gas tank, and fuel filter. My tropper will no longer go more than 25 mph without serious hesitation. Once warm it will rev up flawless but under any load (going up hill) it dies. It is also very difficult to start when cold. I checked fuel pump only by cranking engine while measuring the amount of fuel (filled a soda can with 10 seconds of cranking) so I assume pump is good. I also cleaned the fuel injectors just in case but this did not help. Could this be a computer problem? Does anyone out there know where I can get a code scanner for this computer or even a new computer if need be.
