Look for posts by a user named lowzone. he has a lot of experience with lowering Isuzus. I am no expert, but I am currently in the midst of lowering my 1997 Rodeo. If you look at this reddit post, I had a discussion with the owner of the truck that gave some insight: https://www.reddit.com/r/Isuzu/comments/phdfbs Assuming the 2001 has similar suspension to the 97, you should be able to loosen the bolts on the front torsion bars and that will drop the front. For leaf springs in the back, you can use lowering blocks, shorter shackles or remove a leaf. You may have to combine those to get the full 4". Hope this helps
