2001 Isuzu Rodeo
2.2 DOHC

Kind of an urgent issue here.

The T-Belt broke recently and she bent 5 valves. Removed head and took to head shop for valve replacement. The guy at the head shop did NOT install either camshaft. Instead, he threw everything into a box. Don't get me started.

My question is this:
How do I know which is the correct position for both camshafts to be installed in? Is this an engine that needs both cams to be rotated until they spring into place? On Demand tells me nothing. A picture of a timed 2.2 would be great.

Any insight would be much apprciated!
Thanks in advance.

Anyone?

Should the stamp indicating intake/exhaust (K & M) be on top?

I know she only goes in one way, but it seems to fit correctly at 2 different angles.

Probably over analyzing this.
Just need some quick clarification, please.
