I'm going to make some educated guesses here based on my Trooper knowledge:
1st image: If you toggle the switch to power, your automatic transmission will shift later, getting higher into the power band which is helpful when towing but burns more fuel. If you toggle to 3rd, the automatic transmission will start in third gear from a stop, limiting wheel spin on icy roads.
2nd image: On the left is the dimmer switch for the internal light display on the gauge cluster, climate control system, etc. Not sure what the button on the right is... electric parking brake?
3rd image: 4-wheel drive controls. The inside of the sunvisor should say how to operate these but I would guess you have to stop the vehicle, put the automatic transmission into neutral, and then you can select either 4H or 4L if you need power to all four wheels.
