I had some gas spill in the back of the rodeo. You get high just driving for 20 minutes. Anyone know how to get the smell out? We took the carpet out, scrubbed it and sprayed carpet refresher on it but I can still smell it. Someone said coffee grounds but I worry about them staining the carpet (it is gray). Any ideas?

Set it on fire ? That will surely get rid of the gasoline (and the truck)

Seriously, put the coffee in an open container that will not tip over. The coffee will absorb some of the smell, but will not get rid of it. One thing you can do is to air it out. Park where it got sun and open all the windows/doors. Unfortunately, it's going to take some time to get rid of the gasoline this way, unless you can take the carpet out, spray it with Simple Green (or any degreaser for that matter) and rinse it with water. Make sure that the degreaser will not cause the color to bleed, test it at a small and inconspicuous area.
