I have a rodeo 3.2 2002 couple of time i have had burst fuel line hose. I changed all hose from the tank to the engine. My question is what is a normal fuel PSI max... I have no problem with the engine it start perfect and run well and smooth...

The fuel pressure at the fuel rail test port with the engine running is about 36 psi, before the engine is cranked it is about 40 psi. The pressure output at the pump is about 50 psi. The Fuel Pressure Regulator reduces the pump pressure at the fuel rail so all the hoses need to be high pressure type fuel hose. SAE J30R14 hose is rated at 225 psi
