Anyone have any clue about the ticking noise i seem to hear in all Rodeos? I have a 3.2L that has always ticked. I have heard that it is a valve or the timing belt tensioner. Does anyone know and if you do have you succesfully fixed it, or should I just live with it and crank my radio?

It's possible it could be tensioner noise, but typically that'll sound like a diesel.

More likely it's a lifter noise problem, check out this TSB and maybe that'll shed lite on the subject:
