You are going to have to take the other one out, anyway.

Take it out, and get another like it.

Sway bar only has tension when the wheels are at different heights- one wheel goes up or down, it moves the offset bar end attached at the wheel which twists the bar & loads tension in the middle, which tries to force the moving end and the attached wheel in the opposite direction.

IT IS AN 8 MM 1.25 THREAD PITCH ABOUT 20 MM LONG
